Mónika Varga-Molnár

Managing Director | Auditor | Tax Advisor

A registered auditor and tax expert with over 26 years of experience in the field of auditing and accounting, Mónika is the founder and managing director of Audit Assistance Kft. Her professional career began as a tax authority auditor, after which she gained auditing experience working for domestic and internationally owned audit firms. In addition to managing Audit Assistance Kft., she takes active part in the fulfilment of audit tasks with a goal to ensure client-focused auditing, keeping constant contact with clients.
She holds auditor qualifications for the following areas: IFRS, financial institutions, investment firms, issuers and state budget funded institutions as well as she is a forensic accountant.

Gabriella Molnár

Auditor | Tax Advisor

A registered auditor, certified economist and tax expert. Gabriella started her professional career in the auditing department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, after which she worked as chief accountant and CFO for multinational companies. She has more than 25 years of experience in the field of auditing, accounting and taxation with both Hungarian and internationally owned companies. In 2012, she joined Audit Assistance Kft., where in addition to auditing duties, she leads the department responsible for international relations and communication. She is responsible for full scope English audits for internationally owned companies.

Ildikó Fekete

Auditor | Tax Advisor

A registered auditor, tax advisor, Ildikó started to work as an accountant, later becoming a chief accountant, economic manager and controller before deciding to work fully in the field of auditing in 2008. She jointed Audit Assistance Kft. in 2011, where she carries out annual audits as a signing auditor of mostly companies with an international background engaged in a wide range of activities. In addition, she also takes part in ad hoc engagements (transformations, transformation balance sheets, company due diligences etc.). She is qualified in IFRS auditing and the auditing of financial institutions, investment firms and issuers.

Tamás Varga

Auditor | Tax Advisor

A registered auditor, tax expert and certified public accountant, Tamás started his professional career working primarily for his own businesses, after which he worked as a chief accountant for a company with German ownership. In 2002, he joined Audit Assistance Kft. where he has been carrying out audit tasks independently as audit manager for 20 years. Since 2009, he has been a forensic expert in auditing.

Szilvia Bátonyi

Auditor Assistant | Audit Team Leader

Szilvia is an economist, she graduated from the faculty of business administration and management and has an advanced level English language exam. She has been a member of the Audit Assistance Kft. team since 2011, where she works as an auditor assistant. She also takes on tasks as audit leader for companies with Hungarian and international ownership.

Márta Boros

Operations manager

Márta holds a degree as certified specialist in financial accounting and PR specialist. She has advanced German and English language certificates and communicates excellently in both languages. Her professional career began as a PR specialist and after several years of work experience abroad she gained managerial experience as office manager and operations manager in Germany.

Since 2021, she has supported our company remotely as a virtual assistant, and in the fall of 2022 she personally joined the team of Audit Assistance Kft as operations manager.

Zsuzsanna Pap

Auditor Assistant | Team Leader

Zsuzsanna is an economist, a 2020 graduate with a degree in finance and accounting, she is also a certified public accountant with an intermediate English professional language exam.

She has been helping the work of our auditors since she joined the team of Audit Assistance Kft. in 2017. Since 2020 she is working as an auditor assistant.

Máté Gergely

Auditor Assistant | Team Leader

Máté is a certified public accountant and also holds a degree as a financial and accounting administrator. At the beginning of 2021, he joined the team of Audit Assistance Kft. where he supports the auditors work as an auditor assistant.
