We perform due diligence exercises in accordance with a work program that complies with all applicable Hungarian and international standards and we prepare detailed analytical reports that ensure a comprehensive insight into the target company for our client. Our due diligence services improve the position of the decision makers prior to the acquisition of a quota or holding. We identify any potential accounting and tax risks which may be extremely helpful during the negotiation process about the transaction.

If no significant tax risk is identified, the experience of the due diligence exercise will greatly contribute to the development of the taxation structure of the acquisition. We identify any problem areas in a timely manner and make recommendations on how to mitigate the consequences of a potential audit by the tax authority.
