As forensic auditors, we work under assignment of the court, the public prosecutor, the Police or any other authority empowered by the law and also based on engagement contracts and we prepare expert opinions to assist the establishment of the facts and the decision about the issue at hand.
A forensic expert opinion is normally prepared under assignment from a competent authority. It is, however, also possible for parties to a lawsuit or external parties to request a forensic expert opinion and to use it in any procedure or to settle a dispute between them amicably.
